A venue coordinator is very different from a planner. Your venue coordinator is an expert in everything pertaining to the venue. Your planner is an expert in everything pertaining to YOU and your entire event. Your planner will be able to dedicate more time to you and your details, help coordinate all your vendors and give you a timeline that encompasses all parts of your day - including those that fall outside of the venue.

We will do an initial call to talk through what kind of support services you are looking for. From there, I will have you fill out a short questionnaire to tell me more about your expectations. Then, within 24 hours I will send along a personalized quote that takes you and your event into consideration.
