A venue coordinator is very different from a planner. Your venue coordinator is an expert in everything pertaining to the venue. Your planner is an expert in everything pertaining to YOU and your entire event. Your planner will be able to dedicate more time to you and your details, help coordinate all your vendors and give you a timeline that encompasses all parts of your day - including those that fall outside of the venue.
If your venue has a coordinator and you are wondering about the division of responsibilities, I am happy to have a conversation with said coordinator and we can develop a plan that works best for you and your venue!

Yes! I am here to help with vendor management and coordination. Pass communication off to me and I will collaborate with your vendors to bring your plans to life. I will act as the liaison between all of your specialty vendors to coordinate one clean, smooth timeline and an organized execution.

Everything is an option! But we are setting ourselves up for failure if the first time we really connect is the day before or even the week of your event. We can pare down the month of coordination package if you feel you don’t need everything included there. However, let’s talk about connecting a few weeks out so I am totally in the loop with all vendors and can help orchestrate a timeline that will leave you happy, present and trusting everything will go off without a hitch.

I am sure your cousin is totally capable! But I want you to be able to maintain your relationship with your cousin after your event. Working with close friends or family for such a personal, high-stress and once in a lifetime occasion, can put the relationship at risk. Having an impartial party with industry expertise and experience in orchestrating these exact events, is worth the money when you are able to dance with your cousin instead of accidentally yell at her when she sends everyone down the aisle in the wrong order.

Pricing is completely customized for you and your event. No two events are the same, so I believe there is no pre-priced package that is a one size fits all. We will do an initial call to talk through what kind of support services you are looking for. From there, I will have you fill out a short questionnaire to tell me more about your expectations. Then, within 24 hours I will send along a personalized quote that takes you and your event into consideration.
